About the DA400
The DA-400 is a versatile digital-to-analog converter that can convert digital audio signals from devices such as the Roland S-760/770 Samplers, CD players, or DAT decks into analog audio signals. It features a sampling frequency of 48, 44.1, and 32 kHz (auto-select), with a frequency response of 10 Hz to 23 kHz at 48 kHz, 10 Hz to 21 kHz at 44.1 kHz, and 10 Hz to 15 kHz at 32 kHz. The output impedance is 300 ohms for unbalanced and 600 ohms for balanced connections. It includes two coaxial and one optical digital input, along with four 1/4-inch analog output jacks. The DA-400 has a signal-to-noise ratio of 110 dB (IHF-A) and a dynamic range greater than 102 dB. It consumes 12 W at 117V AC, 15 W at 230V AC, and 12 W at 240V AC, with dimensions of 218 x 230 x 45 mm and a weight of 2.0 kg.
