About the Performa C30

The Revel Performa C30 center channel loudspeaker is a 3-way, 4-driver system designed to deliver clear and accurate dialogue and mid-screen action sound in home theater setups. It features two 6.5-inch inverted magnesium/aluminum-alloy dome woofers for bass, a 4-inch inverted magnesium/aluminum-alloy dome midrange driver, and a 1-inch anodized aluminum dome tweeter with a CAI waveguide for wide dispersion and smooth frequency response. The crossover frequencies are set at 280 Hz and 2.5 kHz with steep-slope, high-order filters to minimize driver interference and distortion. The enclosure is heavily braced MDF with a removable grille and magnetically shielded design, available in black ash finish. It includes a placement-compensation control for top-of-monitor, flush-mounted, or stand-mounted positioning, and a five-position tweeter-level control. The speaker has a single set of input terminals and is not bi-amp capable. Dimensions are approximately 270 mm (H) x 667 mm (W) x 259 mm (D), and it weighs about 32 lbs (14.5 kg).
