About the Serie HT
REL Acoustics’ Serie HT is a line of high-output subwoofers designed primarily for home-theater applications. The current range includes the HT/1003 MKII, with a front-firing 10-inch CarbonGlas™ long-throw driver and 300-watt RMS Class D amplifier, and the HT/1205 MKII, with a 12-inch CarbonGlas™ long-throw driver and 500-watt RMS Class D amplifier. Both use sealed enclosures, provide LFE and low-level RCA connectivity, offer a 30–200 Hz crossover and phase control, and are compatible with REL’s HT-Air wireless system. The HT/1003 MKII reaches 24 Hz at -6 dB, while the HT/1205 MKII reaches 22 Hz at -6 dB. The original HT/1003 and HT/1205 models are archived, while the MKII models remain current products.
