The REL Acoustics Q50 is a single-driver powered subwoofer that combines deep bass extension with versatile connectivity options. It features both high-level speaker inputs via Neutrik Speakon connectors and low-level RCA inputs, allowing simultaneous use for both stereo music playback and dedicated home theater LFE channels. The subwoofer is equipped with separate volume controls for high-level and low-level inputs, a variable filter roll-off control, and a mode switch for phase adjustment. The Q50 is particularly well-suited for home cinema applications, delivering powerful bass response across a wide range of content from music CDs to Dolby Digital soundtracks. Its compact, cube-shaped design makes it relatively easy to integrate into various room configurations.
