About the T5

The REL T5 is a compact, closed-box powered subwoofer using an 8-inch (200mm) long-throw, steel-chassis, down-firing driver in a sealed enclosure, engineered to deliver clean, fast, and deep bass from a small footprint. Its 125-watt RMS Class A/B amplifier is designed for high current delivery and operates without bass boost or electronic equalization, helping maintain accurate transient response and natural low-frequency performance. Connectivity includes high-level Neutrik Speakon, low-level RCA input, and a dedicated .1/LFE input, with separate level controls that allow simultaneous use of high-level and LFE connections for easy integration into both two-channel and home theater systems. User controls comprise rotary adjustments for High/Low level, .1/LFE level, and crossover frequency, enabling precise tuning to blend seamlessly with main speakers. The cabinet is a rigid, internally braced sealed cube finished in high-gloss lacquer (black or white), measuring roughly 300 x 307 x 313mm and weighing approximately 12kg, well-suited to small to medium listening rooms.
