The REL Acoustics Strata-5 is a premium subwoofer designed for audiophiles seeking powerful and precise low-frequency performance. It features a closed box design with a 10-inch heavy duty long throw driver that fires downward, delivering deep bass response down to 16Hz (-3dB). The subwoofer is powered by a 150W RMS DC coupled MOSFET amplifier with microprocessor control and digital readout for precise adjustments. It offers multiple input options including Neutrik Speakon high level, phono, and LFE inputs, with input impedance of 100K Ohms for high level and 10K Ohms for low level. The unit includes gain control with an 80dB range, phase switch (0 and 180 degrees), and adjustable slam and depth controls to tailor bass response.
