The PS Audio Aspen FR30 is a premium full-range floorstanding loudspeaker designed to deliver extraordinary musical realism with exceptionally low distortion. It features a unique modular two-piece design combining a sealed upper cabinet with the midrange and tweeter drivers, and a lower cabinet with passive radiators. The speaker incorporates custom push-pull planar-magnetic drivers with Teonex film diaphragms for the midrange and tweeters, complemented by four high-excursion 8-inch aluminum-cone woofers with 12-pound magnet structures. The enclosure is extensively braced MDF with a fiberglass resin composite baffle featuring integrated acoustic waveguides for optimal dispersion. The modular design enables easy transport and setup, while rear-panel adjustments including baffle-step switch and rear-tweeter level control allow optimization for various room environments. Recognized as Absolute Sound Magazine's Ultra High-End Loudspeaker of the year, the FR30 delivers reference-quality clarity, detail, tonal accuracy, effortless dynamics, and emotionally compelling musical reproduction.
