The PrimaLuna DiaLogue Seven is a push-pull monoblock tube amplifier using KT88 output tubes, with input and buffer stages handled by 12AX7 and 12AU7 tubes. It delivers 70 watts RMS per channel in ultralinear mode and 40 watts in triode mode, capable of driving most speakers with ease. The amplifier features Adaptive AutoBias, which automatically monitors and adjusts the bias of the output tubes for improved performance and reduced distortion, allowing the use of various power tubes such as KT88, KT90, 6550, and others. A soft-start circuit gently powers up the amplifier to extend tube life. The design includes cross-coupled current feedback and slight negative feedback for superior impulse response, gain stability, low distortion, and low output impedance. The output transformers are newly designed, wide-band, and low-loss, with taps for 2, 4, and 8 ohms speaker loads. The chassis is heavy and robust, with point-to-point hand wiring and premium components. The amplifier has a single RCA input and speaker binding posts for multiple impedance taps. It weighs approximately 64 pounds and measures 15.2" x 8.3" x 16" (WxHxD).
