About the LSiFX

The Polk Audio LSiFX Surround FX Loudspeakers are designed as the perfect complement to the ultra high performance LSi front main bookshelf and floorstanding loudspeakers. They feature two 5-1/4" Dynamic Balance drivers with Aerated Polypropylene cones and two 1" Ring Radiator tweeters, the same components used throughout the LSi Series, ensuring a seamless front stage and lifelike surround environment. The speakers offer switchable Bipole/Dipole operation for flexible placement and performance. The enclosure is ported with dual rear-firing Power Ports for distortion-free and deep bass response. The cast aluminum driver baskets resist flexing and ringing for ultra-tight bass and coloration-free midrange. Timbre-matched with the LSi Series, these speakers provide a realistic surround sound experience suitable for high definition formats such as SACD and DVD-Audio. They are built for serious multi-channel music and cinema sound systems, with a recommended amplification range of 20-200 watts per channel and a nominal impedance of 4 ohms. The LSiFX speakers have an efficiency of 88 dB and a frequency response of 52 Hz to 26 kHz (-3 dB limits). Dimensions are approximately 15" H x 13.25" W x 10" D, and they weigh about 50 lbs each. The speakers include a low diffraction grille and come with mounting options including keyhole mounts and brackets. They carry a 5-year parts and labor warranty.
