About the Pinot ADC
Playback Designs Pinot ADC is a Sonoma Series analog-to-digital converter designed for high-resolution recording from analog sources into PCM or DSD files. It supports recording and output formats up to 384 kHz PCM and 11.2 MHz DSD (quad DSD), uses a proprietary FPGA-based architecture, and includes adjustable analog input gain, automatic DC offset calibration, and software upgradeability. It is aimed at both audiophile archiving and professional recording use, with computer recording via USB and monitoring via Playback Designs PLink to compatible DACs.
