The Peachtree Audio amp500 is a standalone stereo power amplifier based on the amplifier section of the nova500 integrated amplifier. It features a staggering 500 watts per channel into 8 ohms, with the ability to drive speakers from 2.5 ohms to 16 ohms effortlessly. Designed with a custom class-A input stage, balanced and unbalanced inputs, discrete class-A buffer stage, and low-noise linear voltage regulators, it achieves an exceptional 127dB A-weighted signal-to-noise ratio and 123dB dynamic range. Housed in a beautiful chassis with options for Gloss Ebony Mocha or Piano Black finishes, it recreates the natural power and dynamics of live music with a fully balanced topology that remains neutral and faithful to the source material.
