About the iDecco

It includes a built-in ESS Sabre ES9006 DAC with 24-bit/96kHz upsampling and jitter reduction, supporting USB, coaxial, optical digital inputs, and a unique top-mounted digital iPod dock that bypasses the iPod's internal DAC for superior sound quality. The amplifier offers selectable digital filter slopes and jitter bandwidth adjustments to tailor sound to source quality. It has a headphone amplifier with a Class A tube output stage that mutes speakers when headphones are plugged in. The iDecco's design includes a traditional linear power supply with a toroidal transformer, avoiding external wall warts. Its chassis features art deco-inspired styling with a black lacquer finish and a visible glowing tube. Dimensions are approximately 14.75" W x 5" H x 14" D, weighing about 23 lbs. It includes component video outputs for iPod video playback and remote control input switching for four inputs (USB, coax, optical, iPod). The product was
