The Montana XPS is a state-of-the-art loudspeaker designed by PBN Audio, featuring 14 exclusive SEAS/Montana drivers custom-developed or modified specifically for this model. It includes two 10" woofers, two 7" mid-bass drivers, two 4" mid-range drivers, and a 1" textile soft dome tweeter. The speaker boasts a 92.5 dB linear efficiency from 20 Hz to above the audible frequency spectrum and a frequency response that is extremely linear, measuring flat within +/- 1.5 dB from 25 Hz to 25,000 Hz, and within +/- 3 dB down to below 20 Hz. The crossover is an advanced 24 dB/octave design with cost-no-object components, ensuring perfect linearity and phase integration. The cabinet is precision cut, hand-assembled, extremely heavy, and rock solid, with separate internal chambers for mid-bass, mid-range, and tweeter sections to eliminate driver interference. The tweeter offers exceptional resolution, airiness, transparency, and dynamic capabilities, rivaling the most costly loudspeakers on the market.
