The Parasound Halo C1 Controller is a versatile and full-featured home theater control center designed for high-end audio and video systems. It supports feeding signals from multiple analog and digital audio and audio/video components to surround sound and video systems, including multi-room setups with separate zones. The unit features 7.1-channel analog input for full surround operation with sources lacking digital surround outputs, such as DVD-Audio or SACD players. It offers 7.5 channels of output, including dedicated bass channels and programmable channels for additional bass or other uses. The front panel includes a 5-inch full-color video screen that displays the current video program and operating status, facilitating setup and operation without needing the main video display.
