About the B

The Paradigm B speakers are 2-driver, 2-way bookshelf bass reflex speakers designed for high-fidelity audio reproduction. They feature a 1" Truextent® Beryllium dome tweeter with ferro-fluid damping and a Perforated Phase-Aligning (PPA™) Tweeter Lens, optimized with Finite Element Analysis (FEA). The mid/bass driver is a 7" Truextent® Beryllium driver with Active Ridge Technology (ART™) surrounds and SHOCK-MOUNT™ Isolation Mounting System, equipped with a 1.5" high-temperature tandem voice coil. The crossover is a 3rd order electro-acoustic design at 2 kHz. These speakers deliver a frequency response of +/- 2dB from 60Hz to 45kHz on-axis and have a sensitivity of 92 dB in room conditions. They are compatible with 8 ohm impedance amplifiers and support a power range of 15 to 250 watts, with a maximum input power of 150 watts. Dimensions are 17.125" × 8.875" × 13" (43.5cm × 22.5cm × 33cm), and each speaker weighs 31 lbs (14 kg). Available finishes include High Gloss Vanta Black, Harmony White, Metallic Gloss Aria Blue, and Sonic Silver.
