The Outlaw Audio LFM-1 EX is a high-performance powered subwoofer designed to deliver deep, authoritative bass with maximum output and linear response at a value-oriented price. It features a 12-inch down-firing long-throw woofer and dual flared ports that virtually eliminate audible port noise. The subwoofer is powered by a 350 watt BASH amplifier that provides precise driver control. It includes a variable low pass filter with a Linkwitz-Reily 4th order low pass network, adjustable crossover frequency from 30Hz to 180Hz plus bypass, and 0 to 180 degrees phase control. The LFM-1 EX supports both line and speaker level inputs and has a signal sense feature for automatic turn on/off. Its frequency response extends down to 16Hz with one port plugged, and 22Hz with no ports plugged, maintaining a +/- 2 dB tolerance. The subwoofer can reach a maximum SPL of 118 dB depending on placement and room gain. It weighs 67 to 80 lbs depending on source, with dimensions approximately 21.5" H x 17" W x 24" D. The finish is ebony black, and it comes with a detachable power cord, port plugs, floor spikes, and a 3-year bumper-to-bumper warranty. The LFM-1 EX is well-suited for large listening rooms and home theater setups, offering chest-pounding bass extension and excellent integration with satellite speakers.
