About the Sub 10

The Optimal Audio Sub 10 is a slimline, passive 10-inch subwoofer designed to enhance low frequency performance in smaller loudspeaker systems. It features a 10" (250mm) driver and a generously sized low frequency port to reduce air noise, delivering a peak sound pressure level (SPL) of 127dB. The enclosure is constructed from plywood with a black textured paint finish, protected by an impact-resistant perforated steel grille. It is versatile in placement, suitable for ground, wall, ceiling mounting, or flying using integral M8 inserts. Rubber feet on the base prevent movement, making it ideal for limited space applications such as under banquette seating.
