About the Super Black Box
The Super Black Box is part of Octave's Black Box technology, which aims to optimize amplifier performance by increasing power supply capacitance. This upgrade is compatible with various Octave amplifiers, including integrated and power amplifiers. By increasing capacitance by a factor of 10, it enhances dynamic range, separation, depth, soundstage size, and articulation, making it easier to handle speakers with low impedances down to 2 ohms. The Super Black Box also provides noise filtering, reducing the impact of mains variations and interferences.
