About the Muon Filter with Muon
The Network Acoustics Muon Ethernet Filter is a passive system engineered to filter out problematic electrical and radio frequency noise that can degrade audio quality. It is designed to be used between a router or network switch and a streaming device. The filter features a Neutrik RJ-45 input connector and a Telegärtner RJ45 CAT8.1 output connector with gold-plated contacts. It is hand-assembled and individually tested in the UK, ensuring high-quality construction. The Muon Ethernet Filter is compatible with network speeds of up to 1Gb/s, though the Muon Pro version supports speeds up to 2.5Gb/s. The Muon Ethernet Cables are made with UP-OCC continuous cast pure silver conductors, providing high-quality signal transmission. These cables are available in various lengths, with a standard length of 1.5 meters.
