About the NAIT XS

The Naim NAIT XS integrated amplifier delivers dynamic, detailed music performance with a 380VA toroidal transformer and advanced design features to reduce microphonic effects and vibration. It includes six line-level analogue inputs (four DIN and two RCA), a powered input for Naim's external phono stage, and a 3.5mm front-panel input for portable devices. The amplifier offers a unity gain option and an AV bypass function for home cinema integration. It provides preamp-out and poweramp-in sockets for flexible system configuration, plus an unfiltered analogue stereo subwoofer output. The design incorporates a bayonet PCB mounting technique to reduce vibration, castellated heatsinks for cooling, and floating mains switch and IEC socket to minimize structure-borne vibration. The NAIT XS is upgradeable with external power supplies such as the FlatCap XS, Hi-Cap DR, or SuperCap DR, enhancing performance beyond its base capabilities. It outputs 60 watts per channel into 8 ohms and weighs approximately 8.6 kg with dimensions of 70 x 432 x 301 mm. The amplifier is highly regarded for its cohesive, balanced, and musical sound, suitable for a wide range of music genres and audiophile applications.
