The My Sonic Lab Eminent Gold cartridge is a refined moving coil phono cartridge that builds upon the Eminent series with a stronger two-component chassis, higher grade internal wiring, and improved suspension. It features a Duraluminum body and cantilever, a high permeability SH-μX magnetic core, and a semi-line contact stylus. The cartridge offers an output voltage of 0.5 mV, an internal impedance of 1.4Ω, and a recommended tracking force between 1.9 and 2.2 grams. It is designed to deliver wide dynamic range, fast transient response, low distortion, and high signal-to-noise ratio, resulting in a powerful yet refined and dynamic sound presentation. The Eminent Gold is positioned between the Eminent and Signature Gold models, offering a balance of energy and musicality suitable for high-end analog playback systems.
