About the DIP Classic
The Monarchy DIP Classic is a digital interface processor that accepts all 2-channel stereo digital signals with sampling frequencies from 32 kHz to 96 kHz and outputs a jitter-reduced, reclocked digital stream compatible with all D/A converters. It features a built-in precision clock that replaces the original clock from the transport, holding the sampling frequency at a precise 44.1 kHz standard CD format. This results in higher definition, better instrument localization, a wider and deeper sound field, and more involving music enjoyment. The DIP Classic is highly regarded for its ability to reduce jitter via both optical and coaxial links, improving clarity, mid-range and treble smoothness, spatial resolution, focus, and bass tightness. It boosts the digital output signal strength from the typical 0.5V to 5V, enhancing the performance of digital cables and DACs. It is guaranteed to outperform previous DIP generations except the DIP Upsampler, which has different functions.
