The McIntosh MA7000 is one of the most powerful and full-featured integrated amplifiers McIntosh has ever made, offering 250 watts per channel at 2, 4, or 8 ohms using McIntosh's unique Autoformer technology. It features a high-quality phono input, two balanced XLR inputs, and one balanced XLR output to feed an external amplifier. The amplifier is an all-analog Class AB design with beefy output transformers, ensuring pure and distortion-free sound with less than 0.005% total harmonic distortion. It includes a 5-band equalizer allowing 12dB boost or cut at center frequencies of 30, 150, 500, 1500, and 10,000 Hz to optimize speaker performance. The MA7000 also has illuminated power meters, a Power Assurance System for protection, and a fiber-optic illuminated glass front panel for lasting aesthetic appeal.
