The McIntosh C2600 is a successor to the C2300 and C2500 models, offering an expansive set of inputs to connect various music sources. It features a dual chassis design to separate analog and digital sections, ensuring signal purity. The preamplifier includes three balanced inputs, four unbalanced RCA inputs, and multiple outputs, making it suitable for multi-room systems or bi-amping setups.
