About the X-Sabre Pro MQA
The Matrix Audio X-Sabre Pro MQA is a premium digital-to-analog converter utilizing ESS's flagship ES9038PRO 8-channel DAC chip. It supports PCM up to 32-bit/768kHz and DSD1024 (45.158MHz) via IIS-LVDS input, with multiple digital inputs including USB, coaxial, optical, AES/EBU, and HDMI-based IIS. The device features three Crystek ultra-low phase noise oscillators (-169dBc/Hz) and offers both internal/external clock synchronization options. Its aluminum chassis houses advanced circuitry including an XMOS XU216 USB interface and AK4118 S/PDIF receiver.
