About the TT1

The Matrix Audio TT-1 is a digital audio transport and network streamer designed to feed an external DAC rather than drive speakers or headphones directly. It combines network playback, local USB/NVMe storage support, multiple digital outputs, dual femtosecond-grade clock oscillators, FPGA-based jitter-reduction processing, and an electrically isolated USB-DAC interface. It supports PCM up to 32-bit/768 kHz and DSD512-class rates up to 24.58 MHz through its IIS-LVDS and USB-DAC interfaces. Standard coaxial, optical, and AES/EBU outputs support PCM up to 24-bit/192 kHz and DSD64 over DoP. Network and streaming features include Gigabit Ethernet, dual-band Wi-Fi, Roon Ready operation, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, Spotify Connect, AirPlay 2, DLNA/UPnP, vTuner, and Radio Paradise. The unit also provides USB storage ports, an internal M.2 NVMe SSD slot, NAS mounting, external USB CD-drive ripping, trigger connections, and selectable AC or external 12 V DC power. Matrix Audio lists the TT-1 as a current product; therefore, it is not considered no longer manufactured based on the available manufacturer information.
