The MartinLogan IC8 is a high-performance, ultra-low-profile in-ceiling speaker from the Installer Series, ideal for any room with its compact footprint under 10.5 inches when installed. It delivers dynamic low-frequency response via a robust 8-inch woofer and clear highs from a 1-inch titanium dome tweeter. Designed for custom installations, it includes paintable micro-perf bezel-free grilles, a robust mounting-lock system, and MartinLogan's proprietary Vojtko crossover topology for low distortion and seamless driver integration. Spring-loaded binding posts accept up to 12AWG wire, banana plugs, or pins. Accessories like square grilles and pre-install brackets are available separately. It is actively manufactured and sold.
