The Martin Logan Statement 40XW is an enormous, self-contained in-wall loudspeaker system designed with a super-efficient line-source array of forty drivers per channel: sixteen Folded Motion XT Obsidian tweeters, sixteen 3.5-inch unidirectional carbon fiber midrange drivers with Nomex backers, and eight 6.5-inch unidirectional carbon fiber woofers with Nomex backers. This multi-driver design allows each driver to operate efficiently, resulting in highly accurate, distortion-free performance even at realistic volume levels.
