The Martin Logan Prodigy S incorporates advanced technology derived from the flagship Statement evolution2, including a new generation proprietary CLS (curvilinear line source) electrostatic drive transducer and a revolutionary hybrid drive configuration that minimizes room interaction and resonances. It delivers reference-level performance with a frequency response of 28–22,000 Hz ±3dB and a sensitivity of 91 dB/2.83 volts/meter. The speaker features a 48" CLS electrostatic transducer for high frequencies and dual 10" dynamic woofers with ForceForward bass alignment to reduce bass room interactions. The cabinet is compact yet elegant, combining a see-through look with fine craftsmanship, available in various finishes. It requires 20 to 600 watts per channel and has a nominal impedance of 4 ohms (minimum 1 ohm at 20 kHz). Dimensions are 67" × 16.5" × 28" and it weighs 133 lbs. The Prodigy S includes a bass control switch providing +3dB boost below 50 Hz and custom 5-way bi-wire binding posts for input connections. It is no longer manufactured.
