About the Dexter Duo
The Marten Dexter Duo is a passive, hand-built Swedish two-way stand-mount loudspeaker and the entry model in Marten’s Dexter series. It combines a 1-inch Marten pure-diamond tweeter with a 7.5-inch Marten ceramic mid/bass driver in a triple-layer M-Core enclosure. Bass loading uses Marten’s Loaded Reflex Line system, which combines reflex and transmission-line principles through an internal shaped channel and a downward-facing slot port. Standard models use Jorma Duality internal cabling; an optional Statement Edition upgrades the internal wiring to Jorma Statement and uses higher-grade crossover components. Dedicated matte-black stands with mirror-polished Marten Isolators are optional. The model is currently listed by Marten, so it is not discontinued.
