The Mark Levinson No. 332 is a dual mono power amplifier from the revered 33X series, known for its high-end stereo amplification capabilities. It delivers 200 watts per channel into 8 ohms, 400 watts into 4 ohms, and 800 watts into 2 ohms, making it capable of driving virtually any speaker with ease. The amplifier features a true dual mono design with dual dedicated toroidal power supplies, twin oversized ESR capacitors per channel, pure Class-A voltage gain stages, adaptive biasing, and controlled clipping circuitry. It uses 24 output transistors per channel arranged in six matched pairs, heavy OFC copper buss bars on power rails, and has no input buffer stage for clean signal stability. Inputs include balanced (XLR) and unbalanced (RCA), with two pairs of heavy-duty binding posts for outputs. The damping factor is rated at 800+, and input impedance is 100K ohms balanced.
