About the M4

The Marantz MODEL M4 is an eight-channel, four-zone distribution amplifier designed for rack installation. It delivers 100 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 125 watts per channel into 4 ohms, with bridge mode providing up to 200 watts for each of four bridged outputs. HEOS Built-in enables networked multi-room streaming, including Spotify Connect, AirPlay 2, TIDAL, and Amazon Music. Connectivity includes four stereo RCA line inputs, two optical digital inputs, Ethernet, and USB-A, along with four stereo pre-outs that can be configured for mono subwoofer outputs. The M4 also provides zone-level EQ and crossover settings, TV sound grouping, Dolby Digital decoding, multiple sound modes, active cooling, and an included rack-mount kit.
