About the SR6007

The Marantz SR6007 is a 7.2-channel AV surround receiver with a fully discrete power amplifier section delivering 110 watts per channel into 8 ohms (20 Hz–20 kHz, 0.08% THD, 2 channels driven). It provides six HDMI v1.4 inputs and dual HDMI outputs with 3D pass-through, 4K passthrough and upscaling, and Audio Return Channel (ARC) support. Surround formats include Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby Digital Plus, and Dolby Pro Logic IIz. The SR6007 incorporates Audyssey MultEQ XT room correction along with Audyssey Dynamic EQ and Dynamic Volume for optimized playback in different listening environments. As a networked receiver, it features Ethernet for streaming from local DLNA 1.5 servers and internet radio services, and is Apple AirPlay-enabled; it also includes a front-panel USB port that accepts digital audio from iPod/iPhone/iPad and USB storage devices. Amplifier assignment is flexible, supporting standard 7.2 surround, bi-amping of the front speakers, front height (Dolby Pro Logic IIz), front wide, or powering a second audio zone. Control options include an iOS/Android remote app via the home network plus the supplied IR remote. Physical dimensions are 440 x 389 x 161 mm and weight is 11.2 kg.
