About the Planar Cords

Omega Mikro Planar Power cords use ribbon conductors and a shielded planar construction intended to reduce dielectric and skin-effect-related coloration. They are offered in passive and actively biased versions, with a standard 5-foot length; the active version uses a DC-biased shield. Current models include the Planar Power MkIII, with Tau Series AC plugs standard on newer power products.
