About the MX350 THX MKII Active

The M&K MX-350 THX MKII is a high-performance active subwoofer featuring two ultra high-performance 12-inch long-throw, coated pulp cone, magnetically shielded drivers in a sealed Deep Bass enclosure. It uses MK Sound's Push-Pull Dual Driver Configuration to virtually eliminate distortion and add 6 dB of output, producing significant low frequency extension flat to well below 20 Hz for lifelike power and authority. The onboard 350 Watt power amplifier employs MK SOUND Balanced Push-Pull Dual Drive Amplifier technology with proprietary Headroom Maximizer IV circuitry to prevent amplifier clipping and unwanted audible artifacts, delivering massive power with extraordinary articulation and dynamic range. It includes continuously variable phase adjustment (0-180 degrees) for perfect integration with any speaker system and room, speaker level and line level connections for flexible setup, and an automatic On/Standby switching circuit. The subwoofer is finished in black satin with a black cloth grille and is THX Ultra certified, ensuring high fidelity and home theater quality bass performance.
