About the TDA-2000

The Lyngdorf Audio TDA-2000 is a digital integrated amplifier delivering 200 watts per channel into 8 ohms with 0.1% THD+N at 1 kHz. It features a fully digital signal path with advanced DSP processing including RoomPerfect room correction technology, which optimizes sound for the listening environment. The amplifier includes multiple digital inputs (SPDIF RCA, AES XLR, Toslink optical), analog inputs via an optional AD-Converter module, and digital output for daisy-chaining. It uses a power supply voltage adjustment method for volume control, preserving full dynamic range at low volumes. The TDA-2000 offers several voicing curves (Music 1, Music 2, Relaxed, Open, Open Air, Soft, and Normal) to tailor sound presentation. Outputs are bridged and must not be grounded due to DC offset. The amplifier is designed for high fidelity with gold-plated connectors and supports balanced and unbalanced inputs. It is controlled via a rotary volume dial and remote control, and supports integration with subwoofers through internal digital crossover settings.
