The Luxman L-505uXII is the Mark II version of the popular L-505uX integrated amplifier, incorporating proprietary technologies such as Version 4.0 ODNF (Only Distortion Negative Feedback) for enhanced distortion detection and lower impedance with higher S/N ratio, LECUA (Luxman Electronically Controlled Ultimate Attenuator) for precise 88-step volume control, a discrete buffer circuit from the high-end C-900u preamplifier, EI core power transformer with four 10,000μF capacitors for stable power supply, and low-impedance transmission with damping factor of 210. It supports MM/MC phono inputs, balanced line inputs, pre-out/main-in for bi-amping or integration with external amps, dual speaker outputs, headphone jack, bass/treble/balance controls, and Line Straight bypass. Known for its mildly lush midrange, extended transparent treble, deep controlled bass, and exceptional build quality made in Japan.
