The Luxman DA-06 is a high-end digital-to-analog converter designed to provide superior sound quality through its advanced PCM384kHz/32bit and DSD 5.64MHz processing capabilities. It features a variety of digital inputs, including USB, coaxial, optical, and AES/EBU, making it versatile for connecting different audio sources. The analog outputs are available in both balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA configurations, supporting high-end RCA cables with 18mm spacing. The DA-06 incorporates Luxman's non-angled audio signal circuit routing and OFC wiring to ensure pure audio transmission. It uses dual Burr-Brown PCM1792A chips and a low-phase-noise crystal oscillator to reduce jitter, enhancing sound quality. The device does not include a volume control, requiring an external preamplifier or integrated amplifier for operation.
