The Lumin D2 is a compact, audiophile-grade network streamer and DAC designed to deliver high-resolution audio streaming with exceptional sound quality. It features dual mono Wolfson WM8741 DAC chips (one per channel) and a fully balanced analog output stage with dual Lundahl LL7401 output transformers, ensuring superior analog audio performance. The device supports DSD playback up to DSD128 (5.6MHz) and PCM audio up to 384kHz at 16–32 bit depth. It includes an internal shielded universal switching power supply for low noise and convenience. Streaming capabilities include UPnP AV with OpenHome, Apple AirPlay, Spotify Connect, TIDAL, Qobuz, TuneIn Radio, and MQA decoding. The Lumin D2 is Roon Ready and controlled via a native iOS and Android app, offering features like gapless playback, playlist management, and high-resolution artwork display.
