The LSA Statement Plus is the top-tier integrated amplifier from LSA, designed and tweaked by John Tucker of Exemplar Audio. It features a dual mono hybrid tube/solid state design using a pair of 6922 style tubes and a heavily overbuilt 150 watts per channel amplifier section at 8 ohms. The amplifier is stable down to 4 ohms, delivering approximately 300 watts per channel into 4 ohms. It has large dual transformers and massive external heat sinks, weighing about 78 pounds. The unit includes 4 inputs (one balanced XLR and three single-ended), a phono stage for MM cartridges that requires jumper configuration, and a fixed output (like tape out) but no preamp output. The amplifier is known for its exceptional build quality and sound performance, suitable for driving demanding speakers. It comes with a metal remote and original manual, and was originally sold by Underwood Audio.
