About the Statement

The LSA Statement Monitor is a reference-level two-way standmount speaker designed and assembled in the US using high-quality components. It features a 3" folded ribbon tweeter from Aurum Cantus and a 6.25" treated-paper midbass driver with an XBL2 motor for reduced distortion. The crossover uses premium components including Auricaps capacitors and Mills wire-wound resistors, with internal damping using unspun lamb's wool thread. It offers a frequency response from 42Hz to 40kHz and a sensitivity of 88dB with a 6-ohm impedance. The speaker weighs approximately 24 lbs and measures 8.75" x 13.5" x 14.5". It delivers great dynamics, accurate tuneful bass, and a large, layered soundstage with life-sized imaging. The Statement Monitor is easy to drive but benefits from high-quality upstream gear and bi-wiring. It is sold as a pair with magnetically attached black cloth grilles and high-quality gold-plated five-way binding posts. The product comes with a five-year limited warranty for the original purchaser.
