The Linear Tube Audio MicroZOTL Preamplifier is a high-end, reference-grade line-level preamplifier that leverages David Berning's patented ZOTL (Zero hysteresis Output Transformer-Less) technology. This design eliminates traditional output transformers, resulting in a purer, more transparent signal path. The MicroZOTL Preamp features a push-pull Class A, no-feedback tube circuit, utilizing 12AT7 and 12SN7/6SN7 tubes for rich tonal character and harmonic structure. It is meticulously hand-built in Maryland, USA, with premium components such as Clarity CMR and Mundorf Mlytic AG capacitors, a ceramic circuit board for reduced parasitic capacitance, and a 1025-step relay-based volume control for precise attenuation. The preamp includes four RCA inputs, one XLR input (with optional Lundahl transformer coupling), dual RCA outputs, a tape monitor, and a high-quality headphone output.
