The Kyocera PL-910 is considered one of the finest turntables ever built, incorporating advanced technology and materials to achieve outstanding rotational stability and minimal resonance. It features a 3.6 kg alumina ceramic platter, known for its hardness and vibration attenuation, placed in planar contact with a 1.4 kg aluminum subplatter of a different resonance frequency to reduce unwanted vibrations. The drive system uses a heavily damped, powerful DC servo brushless motor with belt drive to ensure precise speed control. It supports 33 and 45 RPM speeds and includes a double float suspension system for isolation. The turntable weighs 20 kg and measures 455 x 190 x 392 mm. It is highly regarded for its wow and flutter of 0.025% WRMS and a signal-to-noise ratio of 78 dB, making it a masterpiece in turntable design and audio fidelity.
