The Krell Evolution One is a power amplifier known for its robust output of 450 watts per channel into 8 ohms, 900 watts into 4 ohms, and 1800 watts into 2 ohms, operating in Class A mode. It features discrete circuitry gain blocks with ultra-wide bandwidth and highly linear operating points, local current feedback for low phase shift, and a balanced differential noise rejecting topology for improved clarity, especially at higher frequencies. The amplifier is housed in a black anodized aluminum chassis and includes fully regulated power supplies to maintain performance regardless of mains supply variations or load demands. It offers multiple inputs including CAST via 4-pin bayonet connector, balanced XLR, and single-ended RCA connectors, with outputs through Krell binding posts.
