About the RF82 II

The Klipsch RF-82 II is designed for serious music and movie enthusiasts, delivering a unique combination of clarity and power through its proprietary Tractrix Horn technology. It features a 1" titanium tweeter with linear travel suspension and technology borrowed from Klipsch's flagship Palladium Series, providing an open and lifelike sound. The speaker includes dual 8" Cerametallic woofers made from specially treated aluminum to prevent distortion. Its bass-reflex design uses dual rear-firing ports for enhanced low-frequency response. The cabinet is finished in a stylish woodgrain vinyl veneer available in Black Ash or Cherry, with rounded feet and copper accents for a sophisticated look. It supports bi-amping or bi-wiring via dual binding posts. The RF-82 II is suitable for large rooms and offers high efficiency with a sensitivity of 98 dB and an 8-ohm impedance, handling up to 150 watts RMS (600 watts peak). Dimensions are approximately 43.9" H x 9.3" W x 16.3" D, and it weighs about 61.5 lbs per speaker. It comes with a 5-year warranty.
