The Klipsch R-14SA Dolby Atmos® enabled elevation speaker complements the Klipsch Reference family by adding a height channel on top of existing floorstanding or bookshelf speakers, creating a hemisphere of rich, detailed sound. It features a 0.75" aluminum Linear Travel Suspension (LTS) tweeter mated with a 90°x90° hybrid Tractrix Horn for enhanced high-frequency response, imaging, and dynamics. The 4" copper spun Injection Molded Graphite (IMG) woofer provides remarkable low-frequency response with minimal distortion. The enclosure is made of MDF with a brushed polymer veneer finish, designed for durability and seamless integration into any décor. The speaker can also be used as a surround speaker angled on the wall. It has a power handling of 50W continuous and 100W peak, an 8-ohm nominal impedance, and a crossover frequency of 2 kHz. Dimensions are 7.25" (H) x 6" (W) x 11.25" (D), weighing 5.5 lbs (2.5 kg). The product was introduced in 2017 and has been discontinued, with the Klipsch R-40SA recommended as a superior replacement.
