The Kirmuss Audio KA-RC-1 is an ultrasonic vinyl-record restoration system using 35 kHz cavitation, with 70 kHz passive resonance and a patented suspension system that accommodates four records in its bath. It is designed to remove pressing release agents, residue from previous cleaning products, dirt, and fungus through repeated short cleaning cycles. The process uses distilled water and a light application of Kirmuss surfactant/antistatic spray to modify the record’s charge; it does not use a conventional cleaning-fluid solution. The system includes the ultrasonic bath, record-suspension assembly, drain hose, power cord, and cleaning and restoration accessories.
