About the 12TC
The Kimber Kable 12TC is a premium loudspeaker cable engineered for high current delivery and superior audio performance. It features 24 strands of 19.5 AWG oxygen-free electrolytic (OFE) copper, arranged in a counter-opposed helix braid, providing the equivalent of two 8 AWG conductors. The cable is designed to combine the delicacy of Kimber’s 4TC with the increased weight and presence of the 8TC, resulting in a cable that excels in both musicality and power handling. The 12TC is ideal for bi-wire applications and is praised for its smooth, extended top end, improved noise rejection, and a more open, atmospheric soundstage.
