About the TD1200
The KAB TD-1200 is a fluid-damping system for compatible tonearms, using a precision-machined aluminum trough, tonearm paddle, and silicone damping fluid to control tonearm/cartridge resonance. It is designed primarily for Technics SL-1200/1210 models, including MK2, MK3, MK3D, M3D, MK4, MK5, MK6, and M5G, and is also compatible with the Pioneer PLX-1000. The damper can improve tracking of warped records and enhance detail retrieval.
