About the T-X55
The JVC T-X55 is a mono/stereo tuner featuring computer-controlled PLL synthesizer technology to optimize reception by measuring field strength and automatically adjusting RF gain and IF bandwidth. It covers FM and MW bands with digital tuning, providing high sensitivity and low distortion. The tuner has a fluorescent display showing signal strength and offers a signal-to-noise ratio of 80dB on FM and 50dB on MW. It was manufactured in 1982 and is designed to deliver high-quality audio reception with precise tuning and automatic adjustments for best performance.
